S和ra Maria Van Opstal is a second-generation Latina pastor, 积极分子, 作者, 和 a powerful leading voice on the intersection of faith 和 justice. 她是……的执行董事 追求正义, a BIPOC-led movement that mobilizes the next generation of Christians to live justly. S和ra’s distinctiveness comes from working in both local 和 global contexts as a practitioner 和 academic, which has solidified her calling to disrupt oppressive systems within the church 和 center marginalized voices. She served as executive pastor at Grace 和 Peace Church on Chicago’s west side 和 as an 积极分子 in her community.
